3. What is the difference between BPO and Call Centre?

While business process outsourcing is a methodology where outsourcing is done to a third party organisation to perform non-core jobs, the Call Centre’s main job is to deal with business clients through voice calls.
4. Name some of the major sectors for outsourcing business.
As someone with experience of working in the BPO industry, you must know this one. List down the main sectors here including IT and communication, insurance, medical, health services, and finance sectors where the majority of outsourcing works get done.
5. What is your understanding of ISO: 9000 in outsourcing?
Explain that in outsourcing, ISO: 9000 is a standard of mapping quality for the company. ISO: 9000 has been accepted by most of the BPO companies as the benchmark for the quality of service offered by them.
6. Why do you want to work for our BPO specifically?
This question is generally asked by the interviewer to check your understanding of a company’s requirements for individual projects. As you take on this question, focus on highlighting the company’s innovative marketing, creative approach, dynamic business policies, and the general growth of the company.
7. How comfortable you are with night shifts?
