In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Description
- Collaborate as a team player with stakeholders to clarify and prioritize requirements, working closely with the Tech team to facilitate the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions, including SIT, UAT, and system enhancements
- Take responsibility for staff engagement and enhancing the employee journey
- Department general administration support. e.g. user access, team asset management and payments
- Support team on test case consolidation, UAT execution tracking, e.g. report generation, JIRA dashboard creation/modification etc

- Fair in English
- Willing to take responsibility and would like to dedicate themselves in career development towards PM position
