Develop and execute product strategy and marketing plan and be responsible for its related deployment and implementation to deliver set targets
Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and threats and initiate & promote appropriate strategies and plan

Advanced degree like MBA, CFA, CFP, etc is a plus
Possess leadership abilities as well as team working skills
Strong project management and communication/ presentation skills
Flexible, creative in approach and independent at adapting to changes and new situations
