【6 Month Internship Program】Master Thesis – Process Management and Digital Integration

Job Overview

This paid internship with accommodation offers six months international experience.

You will work and study within the Process Management and Digital Integration group and be paired with a Senior Manager to supervise your studies and practical assignment.

You will gain firsthand experience within a dynamic team and your thesis shall focus on a practical & technical challenge on What next (digital capabilities and competencies) beyond our digital transformation and how can we add value to our customers

SHL undertook a digital end to end process within our operations but now we want to take it the next level, your role will be helping shape this framework and requirements with our IT partners. This is a unique opportunity to combine practical skills with theoretic and blue sky methodology.

You are

• student in Engineering, Applied or Computer Sciences.
• Independent thinker who is willing to discover new solutions off the beaten tracks
• Knowledge of common collaboration and productivity tools in MS O365
• Interest in Project Analytics, Data Science, Continuous Improvement, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong intercultural and interdisciplinary communication skills in English (spoken/written)
• Diligent, reliable and target oriented team player
