Responsible for the construction of abnormal perception and identification capabilities, improve the model and strategy identification capabilities of various channel sources, and upgrade the service emergency team from the perspective of abnormal perception products and strategies 2. Responsible for the construction of product capabilities for service emergencies, collaborate with product R&D to build a perception-judgment-processing and management platform, and build general platform capabilities 3. Support the team's common online workflow, collaborate efficiently with product, R&D, algorithm and other roles, and coordinate resources to ensure high-quality and efficient product delivery 4. Follow up the data analysis and optimization effects after the launch of products and strategies, and promote continuous optimization and iteration of products.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with high enthusiasm and curiosity for experience service business, and deep understanding of service solutions 2. Quick and clear thinking, strong logic, able to accurately grasp the essence of the problem and formulate rationalization process 3. Have good data analysis, tool operation, and product construction capabilities 4.
