About Account Executive
At CakeResume, we partner with top-tier companies across a wide range of industries to organize premier talent matching events. Having successfully hosted high-impact events such as the CakeResume 2023 Career Fair and the 2024 Digital & International Talent Job Fair, we are poised for even greater expansion. As we continue to increase the number and diversity of these events, we are seeking dedicated Account Executives to join us and drive our future success.
As an Account Executive at CakeResume, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment events, with a focus on campaign planning and execution. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of both detailed
project management and high-level

Responsibilities
You'll be working closely with regional Business Teams and Marketing Teams to achieve our global mission - building the largest talent pool in APAC.
- Event Leadership: Lead and execute recruitment events in collaboration with companies, initiating impactful business activities to boost brand awareness and revenue. This includes overseeing all campaign marketing details, tracking performance / budget, and managing event execution (online, offline, and hybrid).
- Customer Obsession: Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for customers, offering guidance and setting clear expectations for program execution.
- Integrated Communications: Develop and oversee strategies for integrated communications, including PR, digital, and social marketing.
- Strategic Partnerships: Drive strategy for pitching potential partners and maintain a robust network of strategic partnerships.
- Performance Tracking and Quality Management: Efficiently oversee day-to-day account activities, track account budgets and service levels, and provide input on staffing hours. Review all reporting efforts, monitor results against annual goals, and drive customer satisfaction.
Who You Are
- More than two years experience in event planning, public relations, or marketing communications (ideally with your project portfolio attached in your resume)
- Strong copywriting skills
- Effective communicator with intermediate to advanced English capabilities
- Eager to develop a career in a position that can actually create impacts to the world
- Quick learner who is resourceful and driven to tackle hard problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
