The Accounting Director is responsible for the overall financial management of the company. This includes developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures, managing the accounting staff, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a CPA license, 10-25 years of experience in accounting, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Manage the accounting staff
- Prepare financial reports
- Oversee the financial close process
- Manage relationships with auditors and regulators
- Provide financial analysis and advice to management
Qualifications
- CPA license
- 10-25 years of experience in accounting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software. preferably SAP / ORACLE
