Job Responsibilities
1. Implement the requirements of the guidelines and be responsible for the company's daily financial accounting, monthly settlement, transactions management, fund settlement and financial statement preparation and analysis
2. Data analysis and business empowerment, based on the platform's business benchmarking and big data analysis, explore optimization and value-added opportunities and promote execution
3. Output end-to-end process optimization suggestions and promote execution, committed to efficiency improvement and business empowerment, and enhance the level of financial digital operations
4. Support the formulation and updating of process documents, such as operation manuals, flow charts, intellectual capital, etc.
5. Connect internal and external data invitations and audit work
6. Support the realization of team goals and complete other tasks assigned by the team leader
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
1-3 years of finance-related work experience, with work experience in large and medium-sized enterprises and financial shared centers preferred
Required majors:
Accounting, financial management, finance, insurance, finance, economics and other financial majors or accounting information majors
Other requirements: 1. Have strong learning ability and execution ability, logical and process thinking ability, proficient in Word/Excel/PPT and other office software, with RPA/BI skills preferred
2. Integrity, honesty, responsibility, passion, focus, good team spirit, communication and expression skills
3. Work location requirements: Hefei.
Language requirements: Good English ability (CET-4 or above)
