Accounting Officer (Payment and Account payable)

Responsibilities:

• Management and supervision of the payment and account payables for Credit Card Financial Accounting Division
• Verify and handle invoice payment requests
• Compile user requirements and perform user acceptance test on accounting systems
• Participate in developing and maintaining procedure manuals
• Ad hoc projects to support management's decision

Requirements:

• Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimun 1-2 years of working experience in payment and account payables is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in VBA Macro and strong mastery of MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word.
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
• Good knowledge in financial reporting and financial anlysis, strong analytical skills and critical mindset
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including MandarinChinese word processing skills is a must
• Experience in performing user acceptance test is an advantage
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Assitant / Deputy Manager
