We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to help lead our AR Administration team. As the Accounts Receivable Administration Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the AR Team and Supervisor in various accounting functions, including providing training and coaching to staff, accounts receivable collections, disputing, reporting and the design and maintenance of company procedures and internal controls.
- Understanding basic accounting flow, invoice flow, shipping term, knowledge of shortages and RTV returns to figure out issues and handle disputes efficiently.
- Monitoring any overdue claim and categorizing issues accordingly
- Investigating customer claims by obtaining and analyzing supporting documents
- Maintaining up-to-date dispute reports and bringing up unsolved issues with respect to accounts, OU, category, and ages of items to sales team
- Maintain accurate payment/credit application in timely manner and reconciliation of AR statement with customers on regular basis.
- Partner with AR Supervisor on accounting functions and operations to create transparency and efficiency within the AR department.
- Assist with training support to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or business preferred.
- Over one year of AR/Collection/Sales/Accounting experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated success in leading and improving processes, preferably in a computer hardware and consumer electronics company.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Organized and be a great Team player; able to follow up constantly
- Be a quick learner and work in a fast paced environment
- Capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy on work assigned to
- Able to work in different time zone when needed
