Responsibilities
1. Support the business manager of the Asia Pacific region to do a good job in phased business planning, project task decomposition, organizational support and other work. Be able to see the essence of the problem through the problem, precipitate the solution of a single problem into a long-term collaboration mechanism, and empower other roles to improve organizational effectiveness 2. Undertake complex project management in industry categories, implement project management mechanisms, and simultaneously be able to proactively drive the formulation and breakdown of industry goals and indicators, formulate project plans, coordinate all parties to promote project implementation, proactively identify risks and promote relevant parties to resolve them 3. Go deep into team business, establish or improve communication mechanisms within the team and across teams, ensure clear and efficient communication with all collaborative departments, coordinate cross-departmental and cross-system resources, and ensure efficient implementation of projects and businesses 4. In combination with business and team characteristics, accumulate and precipitate project management experience and work methods or experience, continuously abstract and platformize common processes/specifications, and empower the team with project management related content to optimize the overall team collaboration efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of project management experience, high frequency of business trips to the Asia-Pacific region, PMP certificate preferred, advertising related experience preferred 2. Strong communication skills (meet cross-departmental, cross-role, multinational team communication), and strong oral and written English communication skills, English can be used as a working language 3. Experience in building agile iterative processes from 0 to 1 is preferred, can cope with complex cross-departmental cooperation scenarios, and can quickly understand relevant business logic 4. Good at thinking and reflection, with strong logical ability, data analysis ability, organizational coordination, overall planning, and execution.
