Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of the massive engine advertising platform, with an in-depth understanding of commercial products and advertising models, and the ability to independently formulate and implement operational plans based on business characteristics and stage goals 2. Based on the understanding of products and businesses, work closely with R&D and horizontal partners to effectively coordinate resources from all parties to jointly promote customer service satisfaction and innovative product implementation 3. Familiar with data analysis methods, able to combine business, industry, industry, market trends, and product original presentation, etc., to extract ideas to drive business experience 4. Analyze market dynamics and the situation of friendly competitors, and put forward improvement suggestions and operation paths for the advertising platform.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of experience in Internet product operation, experience in advertising product operation is preferred 2. Have data analysis ability and understand the logic of underlying data indicators 3. Have strong logical thinking ability, business interpretation ability, communication ability, promotion ability, and coordination ability 4. Have operation methodology, can integrate resources, grasp key links and have a clear path to implementation, and can do timely review and correction 5. Have project management experience and owner awareness, strong communication and coordination skills, strong self-drive and stress resistance, team spirit, able to independently solve complex problems, and coordinate teamwork efficiently.
