Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the traffic strategy direction of the content consumption industry, understand the needs of Douyin advertisers and the characteristics of traffic, use traffic strategy means to improve customer monetization efficiency, optimize user experience, and find a better solution that fits the characteristics of the industry between media monetization efficiency and platform long-term benefits 2. Deeply participate in advertising inventory optimization mechanisms and experience optimization strategies, and look for industry-specific win-win directions for experience and revenue lead the demand design in this direction, follow up on development and launch, including but not limited to traffic, delivery, creativity, data strategy, etc. 3. In view of the characteristics of the content consumption industry, such as game industry nodes, open and closed loops, different delivery targets, and game boutique buying, within the existing experience framework, explore industry segmentation opportunities and use refined strategies to improve monetization efficiency.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of advertising work experience, experience in traffic strategy/experience in the game industry is preferred, and it is hoped that there will be both industry perspectives and advertising media perspectives 2. Have a certain understanding of content consumption industries such as games/short plays/novels/tool software, be able to independently complete demand research, data analysis, and product design work, and have project management capabilities 3. Have keen business insight, strong self-drive, strong data analysis skills, good logical thinking skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems independently 4. Have strong communication and understanding skills, work meticulously and patiently, communicate clearly and with focus, like challenges and pursue excellence, and have good self-management skills.
