Job Description
- Collaborate with the sales team for customer product introductions, technical consultations, application support, post-sales service, and coordinate product
- Handle customer feedback, reproduce issues, conduct testing.
- Manage client requests, prioritize product features, and coordinate internal teams to deliver the features effectively.
The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years working experience as a Thermal RD engineer.
- With passionate to work as a after-sales or sale application engineer.
- Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
