Team Introduction: We are committed to building the industry's top low-code platform to accelerate the digitalization of enterprises. It allows people who understand the business to quickly build applications that meet business needs without development, helping business personnel maximize their self-value liberate R&D personnel from inefficient and repetitive work, and change the inefficient R&D model connect enterprise data, reduce data silos, and let enterprises take the initiative in rapid innovation. 1. Lead the team to develop the next generation of AI-driven enterprise application engine 2. Follow cutting-edge trends and clearly plan the technical route and team layout for model application 3. Coordinate the R&D and iteration work of the algorithm team and lead the team to get results 4. Participate in the formulation of solutions to promote product implementation and PMF.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer and software, 5 years or more of R&D experience, 3 years or more of AI algorithm application experience 2. Proficient in the practical methods of deep learning, and rich experience in applying deep learning models to products and services familiar with pre-trained models such as Bert and GPT3, and have a deep understanding of related task technologies (such as model training, prompt design/instruct fine-tuning, model engineering, etc.) 3. Familiar with model enhancement technology (SFT/vector recall/RLHF/Prompts, etc.), those with practical experience are preferred able to read cutting-edge papers, able to predict the technical direction of 1-3 years, and refine and transform it into the team's technical projects 4. Solid programming skills, familiar with programming languages such as Python/C++/Golang 5. Good team communication and collaboration skills, responsible, and able to organize team breakthroughs and development.
