Participate in the research and development of NLP/CV basic algorithms in TikTok business, deeply understand the business, solve and follow up front-line business problems 2. Work closely with product and operation teams to continuously iterate and optimize algorithm effects in business directions such as hotspot mining and local life to achieve business goals 3. Combined with business scenario challenges, track research results in cutting-edge fields, and promote the in-depth application of technological innovation in business scenarios, including but not limited to algorithm fields such as hotspot discovery/information extraction and structuring/multimodal/large model/text generation/retrieval and relevance.
Qualifications
1. Have a solid foundation in machine learning and mathematical skills, and have a background in NLP/CV/multimodal/large model, etc., have the ability to independently tackle and solve practical problems, and have experience in large-scale scene practical application is preferred 2. Familiar with mainstream text/visual pre-training models, and have at least worked on (hotspot discovery/information extraction and structuring/multimodal/large model/text generation/retrieval and relevance) any of which Direction of algorithm model development and implementation business proficient in using mainstream machine learning frameworks and model training frameworks 3. Have strong technical curiosity, self-drive and enterprising spirit, and be able to pay attention to and learn industry best practices in a timely manner have strong modeling capabilities from business problems to algorithm models, strong sense of cooperation, good at cross-team communication and promote the solution of practical problems.
