Responsibilities
1. Lead the architectural design and engineering deployment of PICO interactive perception related algorithms, including but not limited to: head-mounted tracking, mixed/augmented reality, depth perception and other system capabilities 2. Closely cooperate with the algorithm department to continuously optimize the algorithm R&D efficiency and deployment efficiency 3. Design efficient algorithm systems and workflows.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in C++, understand the underlying operating system principles and computer architecture, and have excellent coding skills and data structure skills 2. Three years or more of experience in algorithm engineering or high-performance, high-concurrency server R&D, with strong system architecture design and implementation capabilities 3. Have platform thinking, familiar with deep learning model training and deployment links, and familiar with the main technologies and techniques of training optimization and model deployment optimization 4. Have in-depth research in at least one of AI Infra such as training optimization, reasoning, compiler, quantization, and distribution. Bonus points: 1. Participated in the design, development and maintenance of algorithm engineering such as autonomous driving, VR/MR, understand the basic algorithm principles, and have experience in docking algorithm development 2. Familiar with a mainstream deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.) 3. Understand or be proficient in high-performance programming, familiar with high-performance programming techniques such as vectorization and parallelization, and have experience in performance optimization 4. Participated in work related to engineering efficiency optimization and have experience in training and pushing.
