AI Model Evaluation

1. Understand the business logic and evaluation system of each evaluation, be responsible for automatic evaluation model training data collection and data cleaning, ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data, and ensure the model training effect 2. Build a model training effect evaluation system, discover and locate problems through data analysis, provide guidance and suggestions for iterative optimization, and be responsible for the model effect 3. Flexibly handle various problems encountered in other model evaluation methods, promptly solve various problems encountered in product development and use, and ensure the smooth operation of the product.

1. Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering majors are preferred 2. Focus on cutting-edge technology, familiar with LLM-related knowledge, love the large model industry, and have relevant working experience in LLM and AI industries are preferred 3. Have strong learning and understanding ability, strong analytical ability, good at discovering problems, and have a good understanding and control of content quality 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, be able to withstand work pressure, and have an independent spirit of exploration 5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, and be able to cooperate with the product and technology side to promote the implementation of the plan.
