1. Have an in-depth understanding of multimodal large models, be sensitive to annotation methods and model development, connect with product research and development, and complete the implementation of large model-related data annotation solutions 2. Be able to use a variety of means to improve the efficiency of multimodal annotation work, including but not limited to tool optimization, PE writing, annotation method innovation, etc. 3. Output and teach, assist other non-technical employees in the team, improve their understanding of large language models, teach practical application skills, etc., to help the team better achieve business goals.

1. Education background in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science or related majors, familiar with VLM basic principles, interfaces and prompt engineering technology, experience in building LLM and VLM annotation solutions is preferred 2. Good data analysis ability, able to understand and extract valuable business information from data sets, and propose optimization methods 3. Actively learn (including new papers, research, etc.), actively try flexible/innovative thinking, able to try different paths to solve problems.
