Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the client/server quality assurance of AI products, and cooperate with the product R&D team to complete algorithm evaluation work in different application scenarios 2. Explore innovative model evaluation methods, train evaluation models, etc. 3. Analyze business product requirements and technical solutions, be responsible for the design of test scenarios and test cases, and formulate reasonable and efficient test plans 4. Independently build and maintain the test environment, execute test cases, output test reports and other related documents, and ensure the quality and progress of business products 5. Discover, locate, and track product defects, and collaborate with R&D engineers to quickly solve problems 6. Build a quality system for AI products, propose improvement plans for pain points and difficulties in the process, comprehensively control the quality of each stage of the life cycle, and improve testing efficiency by developing a testing tool platform.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science and related majors, with experience in quality assurance of AI-related applications 2. Familiar with Android and have client/server testing experience 3. Familiar with one or more programming languages, such as Python/Go/Java/Shell/C++, etc., with engineering implementation capabilities, effectively improving testing efficiency 4. Have strong learning analysis, problem solving and abstract problem characteristics, have a positive problem communication method, and can drive problems to be solved quickly 5. Have certain planning and promotion capabilities, self-drive, and have their own thoughts on the development of the testing industry broad technical vision and strong technical foresight 6. Have the ability to solve problems independently, good teamwork awareness and communication skills, hard work, and certain stress resistance.
