Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the planning and optimization of AI raw image models, deeply understand the development trend of raw image models (diffusion model architecture), and formulate plans based on model algorithm capabilities and user demand insights to promote rapid exploration and iteration of AI raw image products 2. Follow up and discover potential AIGC capabilities or products in the industry, promote the integration of internal and external resources to combine AI capabilities with business scenarios for productization, and support the application of various business scenarios and functional modules 3. Work closely with the company's AI algorithm R&D department to effectively integrate the capabilities of various departments and align the long-term development direction of both business and algorithm ends 4. Accurately understand user needs to continuously optimize product functions and experience, grasp the latest new technology trends in the industry, and provide accurate information input for decision-making.
Qualifications
1. Master degree or above, computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, visual algorithms and other related majors 2. Have Al-related work experience and have a good understanding of the diffusion model at the technical and application levels 3. Be keen on researching cutting-edge technologies, have a deep understanding and practical experience in Al raw images, AIGC and other directions, and have good user awareness and product logic 4. Have excellent communication and organizational skills, be good at managing and driving complex cross-departmental cooperation projects, and have good stress resistance 5. Read extensively technical papers related to model algorithms, and English reading ability is a bonus.
