Responsibilities
1. Deeply participate in the data work in the cutting-edge direction of large models, focusing on the data annotation and management of video generation models, and model effect evaluation 2. Build data production and quality improvement processes for large video generation models, and establish industry-leading data production standards 3. Establish scientific model effect evaluation plans and strategies to ensure the correct evaluation of model effects, and help model effects reach the industry's first-class 4. Have an in-depth understanding of business scenarios, market dynamics and big model technology trends, and drive the deep integration of the data team and the algorithm team.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, film and television related majors, radio and television director, screenwriter, film studies, director, drama and film and television, etc. are preferred 2. Familiar with big model model evaluation, experience in data annotation and management, and those with complete experience from training data to model effect evaluation to optimization are preferred 3. Have strong analysis and communication skills, good at discovering valuable product improvement suggestions from data and evaluation, and can promote implementation 4. Have enthusiasm and love for GenAl, have excellent curiosity and learning ability, and can adapt to a fast-paced working style 5. Priority is given to those with relevant experience in video generation models, and priority is given to those with relevant experience in theater movies.
