Algorithm Engineer - IDC Supply Chain & Intelligent Operation and Maintenance

1. Responsible for the construction of the algorithm system of ByteDance's large-scale infrastructure, supporting key business scenarios such as supply chain and AIOPS 2. Responsible for machine learning and operational algorithm work, including but not limited to: supply and demand matching, planning and scheduling, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, etc. 3. Responsible for intelligent operation and maintenance related algorithm work, including fault prediction, intelligent early warning, root cause location, etc. 4. Build algorithm services, participate in relevant data development, cooperate with product R&D teams, and promote the productization and implementation of algorithm models.

1. Postgraduate degree, majors in computer science, operations research, statistics, etc. are preferred 2. Have a solid foundation in data structure and algorithm design, and be proficient in one of the programming languages such as Python and Java 3. Be familiar with common machine learning and operations optimization algorithms, including classification, regression, clustering methods, as well as mathematical programming and heuristic algorithms 4. Have strong learning ability and curiosity, clear logic, and good teamwork and communication skills 5. Those with experience in supply chain and AIOPS operation and maintenance scenario algorithms are preferred.
