Responsibilities
1. Responsible for following up the continuously evolving model capabilities, such as LLM, multimodal understanding, video generation and other technical scenarios, and providing intelligent effect implementation solutions in the editing workflow of users in multiple scenarios through PE, model training and other methods 2. Responsible for investigating and following up on the technical trends related to multimodal understanding, coordinating algorithms to optimize the functional experience on the terminal, responsible for the whole process of intelligent generation of related functions, including the definition of the effect, disassembly and evaluation of technical implementation solutions, algorithm development follow-up, effect evaluation, online, and user adoption performance review 3. Build the effect quality evaluation standard of AI generation capabilities, including the evaluation system for defining the target effect of the model, the stage effect of the algorithm model, and the user indicator system improve the quality of AI model generation, model iteration efficiency, and user conversion efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of strategic operation work experience, with relevant tool development experience & algorithm development project experience preferred 2. Familiar with domestic and foreign social software, with good trend perception and content insight 3. In-depth research on dynamics/new technologies in the field of AI, familiar with the application of various tools and plug-ins, and high professional enthusiasm 4. Love video editing, familiar with video editing processes and various types of effect plug-ins, deep editing users are preferred.
