Alliance Strategy Product - Douyin E-commerce

1. Responsible for the Douyin e-commerce merchant and influencer matching strategy and the alliance influencer content distribution strategy, optimize the matching efficiency and quality, and enhance the alliance influencer's e-commerce traffic acquisition capabilities, including strategy & mechanism design, gameplay design, data analysis and other work 2. Understand the cooperation needs of both merchants and influencers, design effective supply introduction, supply and demand adjustment, matching recommendation, tiered operation, incentive subsidy and other strategies, to help merchants and influencers find suitable partners 3. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, clarify the essence of key issues, formulate specific solution strategies, and work with algorithm, operation and other teams to implement relevant measures and achieve business goals.

1. Solid product design, data analysis and logical ability experience in data science, data analysis or complex project product design is a plus 2. Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination, project promotion ability, certain stress resistance, strong self-drive, sense of responsibility for work, and always maintain passion and vitality 3. Strong learning ability, strong execution, strong communication and coordination, resource integration and project management capabilities.
