Kensington is looking for a Junior Amazon Marketing Analyst to support our global Amazon business. The ideal candidate for the role is someone who has a natural curiosity and desire to gain experience and show success in ecommerce. Responsibilities:
New Product Launch Coordination: Collaborate with the product launch team on successfully launching new products on Amazon EMEA stores.
Assist in creating and optimizing product detail pages for new launches, ensuring all relevant information is accurately presented and meets established deadlines.
Track the progress of product launches and provide support to resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain dashboards to track and monitor key metrics associated with each launch.
Coordinate via the Content Marketing manager with external agency to create and publish detailed, extensive optimised content for Kensington product listings
Interface with Kensington EMEA marketing to build content briefs for content team to action via agency
Amazon Listing Audit and Optimization: Conduct regular audits of Amazon product listings to ensure accuracy, compliance with Amazon guidelines, and optimal visibility. Implement fixes/updates as needed. Use tools like Helium 10 to track performance and optimize listing.
Proactively monitor and report on relevant competitor trends/activity (e.g. sales, traffic, ranking, promotion activity) and take appropriate commercial actions.
Maintain a content database of Amazon content that can be accessed by the wider team for other etail customers
Report Compilation: Compile a variety of reports, including Amazon POS, market share, and other relevant reports to provide actional insights.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field is required
4+ years of experience in marketing analysis, data analysis, or a related field
Experience working in a global or regional eCommerce role
Must be extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and consistently to execute against assigned deliverables.
Solid organizational skills and with the capability to manage and stick to tight deadlines.
Strong English verbal communication and writing skills.
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies, Amazon's seller policies and guidelines.
Nice to have: experience working with Amazon content management and software (Helium 10, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central)
This role may require availability for meetings during early mornings and/or late evenings to align with global team schedules
