Responsibilities:
- Support on execution of global transactions including but not limited to: leveraged finance, cross-border M&A, acquisition finance, LP fund investments, etc.
- Prepare origination related documents including pitch books, financial models, research materials, etc.
- Maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders to generate transaction ideas
- Support profit generation and identify opportunities through public sources
Requirements
- Strong education background from reputable institutions with related major
- Solid experience and track record of investment banking or M&A (1-3 years of experience within investment banking or M&A)
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and English
