Responsible for the stability optimization and technical research of the Android client of TikTok products to create the ultimate user experience 2. Participate in the investigation and resolution of various difficult problems that affect the user experience, such as crashes, ANR, memory, and Native Crash 3. Participate in the development of various platform tools for stability and ANR optimization to improve troubleshooting efficiency 4. Build a process system with multiple teams such as QA, PMO, and architecture, and be responsible for the high-quality launch of new versions of TikTok 5. Participate in technical pre-research and apply relevant optimization solutions to TikTok's product development 6. Participate in manufacturer technical cooperation to jointly improve the user experience of the client on various manufacturers devices, and at the same time enhance TikTok's technical influence in the industry.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of experience in Android client or Framework development 2. Proficiency in one of the development languages Java/Kotlin/C/C++/Rust 3. Solid programming skills, familiar with multi-threading and network programming, and understanding of operating system principles 4. Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, and a passion for solving challenging problems 5. Bonus points: Framework development experience/client security field/client architecture/client basic technology /Cross-end SDK development experience is preferred.
