Android Development Engineer (User Growth Direction) - CapCut (Shenzhen/Guangzhou)

1. Responsible for the research and development of growth of imaging products such as CapCut/Xingtu 2. Responsible for the research of core technologies such as user reach, user activation, and incentive growth, including: (1) Continuously optimize reach - undertake the full-link conversion rate and improve new customer acquisition and activation (2) Accumulate general growth technology to achieve growth in multiple business terminals and scenarios 3. Complete close cross-departmental cooperation and continuously promote product iteration and optimization.

1. More than one year of Android development experience, able to independently develop Android App, with good design ability and programming habits 2. Have a solid foundation in Java or Kotlin language, familiar with Android framework and various features, familiar with Android's thread, process, Binder and Handler mechanism 3. Maintain enthusiasm for new technologies, and have good analysis and problem-solving skills 4. Have excellent communication and expression skills, and those with business awareness are preferred.
