Android R&D Manager - Basic Technology Direction - Jianying

1. Responsible for the technical solution control, team planning and team management of Jianying and CapCut basic technology Android direction 2. Responsible for the basic capability building of Jianying and CapCut Android side, such as architecture, performance, experience, compliance, and research and development efficiency, and technology empowers the business 3. Responsible for the key and difficult technical tasks of the project, continuously optimize products, improve product quality, and improve team R&D efficiency.

1. Have a solid foundation in Java, Kotlin, and C++ languages, be familiar with common architecture models, familiar with Android Framework, and familiar with mainstream technologies in the industry 2. Have in-depth experience in at least two of architecture, performance, experience, compliance, and research and development 3. Have strong technical curiosity, self-motivation, and result-oriented work, and have excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills 4. Have more than 1 year of real-line management experience and have managed a team of more than 10 people 5. Those with experience in large-scale App development are preferred, and those with experience in audio, video, and image-related product development are preferred.
