Job Responsibilities
- Promote banca products by telephone for the list of high-quality DBS customers and provide professional financial consulting to achieve the company's performance goals
- Feedback the status and suggestions to the supervisor
- Response and handling of customer problems about banca business
- Familiar with the professional knowledge required for the work, computer operation and understanding of the company's operating procedures and compliance with company regulations
Job Requirements
- Have more than 1 year experience in insurance telemarketing
- Hold license in Personal Insurance Clerk, Financial Market Common Sense and Professional Ethics (within validity)
- Good logical thinking, positive attitude and good resistance to pressure
