Main Job Responsibilities:
-Promote and sell company products by visiting dealers and distributors. Obtain and follow up on customer orders. Develop new customers and enhance the dealer network in the region.
-Arrange travel plans, work reports and expense management. Study relevant sales materials and prepare small presentations for sales meetings and customer presentations. Analyze sales figures and distribution status. Maintain communication and collaboration with various departments. Follow up on payment of orders.
-Help customers (distributors and users) solve various problems, including logistics, after-sales service, product quality, etc.
-Help customers sell company products through appropriate promotion methods such as distributor or user meetings.
-Participate in product or other training, participate in national and regional meetings, and participate in various exhibitions, roadshows, seminars and exhibitions.
-Independently handle small-scale sales projects in the region.
Job Requirements:
-College degree or above, marketing, trade, mechanical manufacturing and other related majors are preferred.
-More than 3 years of channel sales and dealer development management experience, durable consumer goods (such as home appliances and 3C products), fast-moving consumer goods industry, etc. are preferred.
-Have self-management awareness and the ability to work independently, and be able to adapt to frequent business trips.
-Have good communication, organization and management skills, and have a team spirit.
-Good at discovering, analyzing and solving problems, and have systematic thinking.
-Basic practical English application ability, college level 4 or equivalent.
-Communication skills/channel sales experience.
