Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the shipment process and coordinate with different department to ensuring on time and accurate delivery
  • Assist with the communications with courier company and interoffice to achieve profitable deals and resolve issues that arise
  • Monitoring and updating operation records, prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Perform other office duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • bachelor degree holder or equivalent
  • At least 1 year working experience with exposure in Banking, Finance or related disciplines financial institutions a definite advantage
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities. Proven experience as logistics coordinator
  • Speaking Mandarin and English fluently
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel is an advantage
