Assistant Engineer, Transmission and Data Network Management Center

Your role

• Carry out service surveillance or restoration for Broadband, Data or Cloud Services
• Co-ordinate and perform commissioning of network equipment in new projects/services.
• Carry out immediate diagnosis and restoration actions to resume service for Customers
• Shift-duty in Operation Center is necessary

To succeed in the role

• Higher Diploma / Diplomain Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines with at least two years working experience.
• Technical knowledge in IP Networking, Data and Cloud Network technologies
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer.

Referral Bonus Payment

• The Referral Bonus will be paid to the referrer through payroll in the following month after the referee has satisfactory fulfilled the requirements as stipulated in the Global Staff Referral Program - Scheme Paper
• The referral bonus payment will be issued in 2 phases

- 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company's service for 3 months

- 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company's service for 6 months
