Job description
We are now seeking for Assistant General Manager - Property Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the team of professionals for full spectrum of property management services
- Ensure smooth operations of day-to-day operations of the portfolio for both existing and upcoming projects
- Stay abreast of market updates and collective insights to offer recommendations to top management in identifying potential business opportunities
- Formulate business strategies in both building and carpark portfolio to align with the company growth initiatives
- Review and monitor the team performances to promote the quality excellence initiatives
- Offer professional and value-added advices to respective departments and senior management for handling incidents
- Develop and maintain the standards and procedures to ensure strict compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Building Surveying, Property Management, Estate Management or related disciplines
- At least 12 years of solid facilities management experiences with proven track record, preferably carpark businesses
- Professional membership of MCIH / MHKIH/ PMP license is a plus to this role
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and business planning
- Results driven, self-initiative, excellent in communications abilities
