Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the business unit to align HR initiatives with the company's overall objectives, seamlessly integrating HR management with strategic business planning.

Serve as an HR advisor, providing tailored HR solutions by working closely with forward-thinking leaders and managers.

Take the lead in managing a diverse workforce, aiming to exceed business goals, enhance performance, and implement cutting-edge business practices.

Understand the company's culture, build strong relationships, and effectively persuade colleagues to embrace positive changes.

Leverage the power of analytics, benchmarks, and research to make informed decisions and drive transformative shifts within the organization.

Candidate Profile:

Possess a solid HR background with proven experience in implementing effective HR methodologies.

Luxury or Banking Industry Experience Preferred
