Assistant Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine(Ref.: 530359) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance).
Applicants should possess a good university degree preferably in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or Management, with at least 5 years relevant experience in event planning and management, marketing and data management. Experience in higher education sector is preferred. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, and strong communication skills are essential. A band score of 7.5 or above for writing in the IELTS and good knowledge in MS Excel would be distinctive advantages. They should be meticulous and self-motivated, have the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines, be a good team player with the ability to multi-task, and be very attentive to details.
The appointee will plan and organise events or campaigns, prepare communication materials and assist in data management for the Faculty Office. He/She may also support other portfolios of the Knowledge Exchange and Faculty Advancement Team, and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
