Spearhead the responsibilities associated with air cargo data analysis and study as related to HKIA Cargo Data Platform
Design, manage and enhance the dashboard for both AA and external industry stakeholders to facilitate day-to-day service monitoring and management decision making
Drive data analytics and intelligence and forecast trends that are relevant and useful for the long term benefits of Hong Kong air cargo industry
Cultivate potential cross-industry ecosystem collaborations from data perspective
Champion the role to explore and identify smart technologies as relevant and applicable to HKIA Cargo Data Platform
Explore new technology solutions to enhance the operational efficiency and user experience of HKIA Cargo Data Platform
Plan and work closely with technology solution vendors and internal stakeholders to implement new technology solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years working experience in data analytics or IT solution
Experience of working in start-up environment like LogTech, FreightTech or platform based projects is an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications, data analytics tools, including Tableau
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong numerical ability, detail-oriented and organized
Strong go-digital mindset and enthusiasm on latest technologies
