Design and implement new digital services and experience initiatives on HKIA's official My HKG mobile application, online service booking platform, and other digital channels for a smart airport experience to passengers
Co-work with internal departments and technology partners to devise use cases and proof of concepts for Generative AI and new-tech applications for operational efficiency and enhanced user experience, including AI Chatbot and robotics, etc.
Support the implementation of recommendation engine for personalized passenger services (e.g. recommendations of airport services, facilities, shops, etc.) to enhance their experience
Drive passenger analytics projects and new initiatives, including design of a single traveler profile and relevant programs via digital channels
Establish and nurture partnerships in technology sectors (e.g. TravelTech, LifestyleTech, FinTech, Insurtech, etc.) to introduce innovative services for passengers
Drive other digital operation initiatives and automation projects as required
Supervise project plans and execution, coordinating with internal user departments, external contractors, vendors and business partners
Foster an innovative culture within the team
Requirements:
Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Digital Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Tourism or other related discipline
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in business/operations management, leveraging new technologies for business performance enhancements, with track records in driving changes for transformational projects, and implementing new technology use cases
Prior working experience in online travel agency will be an advantage
Practical experience in UI/ UX with design thinking mindset is preferred
Strong business acumen, creative mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit
Good leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills
Knowledge in business data analytics tools, such as tableau and dashboards will be a credit
Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (i.e. Cantonese & Putonghua)
Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
