This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager, IT in fulfilling the team functions, in particular in supporting the data injection facilitation activitiesfrom various IT & Technical Services systems to Enterprise Analytics Platform (EAP)
- Act as the Project Manager to manage the data injection activities from various IT & Technical Services systems, especially on overseeing schedules of related testing, implementation and installation arrangement to ensure the project will be delivered on time and within budget
- Validate design, implementation and test data injection works through multiple rounds of UAT
- Liaise and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare relevant documents for system change rollout for production implementation for successful change deployment
- Prepare project documents such as project status report and report the status timely to the project office and management
- Uphold compliance to defined architecture, standards, procedures and methodologies
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years IT network work experience in which at least 3 years experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Possession of professional certifications in Google Cloud and/or Project Management (e.g. PMP, Google Cloud Digital Leader, etc.) is preferred
- Strong project management, change management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to interact with people at all levels and from different culture background
- Able to work independently and proactively to drive initiatives and actions
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
