This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 24 months with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager on the execution of the IT transformation roadmap. Keep track of the progress of the implementation programme
- Prepare regular updates / reports / presentations on the implementation progress of responsible project teams to IT Leadership team, Programme and Change Office, Change Champions and relevant key stakeholders
- Assist the Manager to provide mentorship and support project managers and teams, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and guidance to achieve their goals
- Collaborate with Manager, IT to conduct regular project healthiness check for selected projects to evaluate the quality, governance, project management practice etc.
- Compile the final Project Healthiness report to IT Leadership team
- Prepare and conduct Agile Training to IT, Product teams including business stakeholders to promote Agile mindset and approach
- Assist Manager in implementing continuous enhancement inIT project management practice
- Join the Agile Product Team during the project initiation phase / Product initial Sprint to ensure the compliance and Agile practice / processes are well taken
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalence in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Technology / Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of experience IT project / program management experience preferably within large-scale IT / digital transformation program
- Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) is preferred but not a must
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities to effectively present and influence senior leadership
- Strong experience in agile software development environment
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Willingness to learn and learn fast
