Job Description

This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 24 months with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Project Manager (PM)to manage and lead the planning and implementation of IT projects for corporate IT systems Manage project schedule, resources and risks to ensure all projects are delivered within planned time, scope, quality and budget Manage vendor relationship and performance
  • Monitor system performance and work with the support teams, including external contractors and first level support staff, and end users to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of corporate IT systems
  • Identify system enhancement to enhance business efficiency and propose solutions to business, generate ideas, design solutions, conduct business case studies, evaluate project feasibility, gather user requirements, and prepare proposals based on the new system requirements/initiatives with the users, including internal users, external business partners and Government departments
  • Work with IT cross-functional teams, business units, and external vendors on system implementations throughout the whole project cycle, and to work with all internal and external stakeholders on the technical solutions to increase and improve the efficiency of corporate services related corporate operations. This includes the system interfaces with various parties for system integrations
  • Review and maintain the roadmap and upgrade path of the corporate IT systems to align with the corporate direction and latesttechnology trend

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Possession of Certificate in Project Management Professional (PMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and/or Agile Methodology is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years relevant working experience in IT project management and application implementation
  • Solid experience of Corporate IT applications / software package implementation is a must.
  • Substantial experience in project management, stakeholder management and vendor management
  • Experience in implementation and maintenance of systems related toInsurance Management System or insurance industryis preferred
  • Experience in implementation and maintenance of systems related toServiceNow platformis preferred
  • Experience and knowledge in system development/delivery methodology
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill with problem solving technique
  • Multi-task and manage several projects concurrently
  • Able to adapt to changes to meet business challenges
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
