Assistant Manager of T&O Process and Analysis

About the role:

In this role, you will work base in Dongguan, China and you will be supporting T&O MVA Controller to accomplish the tasks relating to T&O supervision and process analysis / improvement in a quality and timely manner. It covers mainly for I2S (investment to scrap) and inventory.

What you will do:

• Work with investment to scrap leader to harmonize cross-site Capex and fixed asset processes.
• Be responsible for Capex & fixed asset SOP and accounting manual, monitor the follow-ups for all sites
• Supervise global investment to scrap month end closing. Provide/schedule training for high frequent mistakes, questions.
• Continuing review existing internal controls, work with internal control team for proposals to align with business requirements/risk mitigation.
• Perform quarterly T&O balance sheet review. Enhance/harmonize accounting processes.
• Perform quarterly inventory aging and obsolescence review.
• Assist to lead inventory/FA audit. Coordinate audit process & validation.
• Lead to buildup/enhance T&O related analysis tool/report based on management requirements
• Drive/support other T&O related business process improvement projects.

What you will need:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Economics
• At least 5 years experience in Capex, fixed asset, costing/inventory management etc.
• Knowledge in accounting/costing, previous working experiences in multinational companies is preferred
• Hard Skills:
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of ERP System (Prefer SAP), good proficiency in office software, e.g., Excel & PowerPoint
• Knowledge of IFRS & China GAAP
• Soft Skills:
• Strong business sense, excellent analytical skills

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
