The applicant must possess:
- a recognised degree in construction related discipline
- a minimum of 7 years post-qualification work experience preferably in public sector or construction industry
- proactive, good time management and able to work independently
- proven leadership skillset and with courage to lead and reform
- a high level of integrity and a good sense of responsibility
- good communication and interpersonal skills and be a pleasant team player
- good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and
- proficient in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.). Chinese word processing is a must.

Duties include
- to provide secretariat support to committee including preparing agenda, papers and minutes etc according to the required format and timeframe
- to process and vet applications of the three registration schemes of the CIC and provide empathetic guidance to applicants
- to develop and maintain IT System for the registration schemes
- to handle enquiries and complaints to support events, publicity and administration matters
- to conduct and host webinars and workshops to promote the schemes to industry stakeholders and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
