Formulate and implement leasing and tender/negotiation strategy to achieve desired trade-mix plan and maximize revenue
Handle leasing and tenancy matters including market research, pre-marketing, tender execution, fit-out co-ordination and monitoring of licensees performances etc., to sustain a high quality retail portfolio in HKIA
Drive and support new projects to continue the growth of HKIA retail business, including technovation and data analytics initiatives
Conduct market studies, prepare show suite and marketing collaterals, and pre-marketing activities for Terminal 2/Terminal 2 Concourse retail portfolio
Any ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related disciplines with at least 6 years relevant experience in retail leasing and management industry with sizeable organizations
Good understanding of retail leasing practice
Strong connections with retail brands and F&B operators
Strong organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred.
