Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement leasing and tender/negotiation strategy to achieve desired trade-mix plan and maximize revenue
  • Handle leasing and tenancy matters including market research, pre-marketing, tender execution, fit-out co-ordination and monitoring of licensees performances etc., to sustain a high quality retail portfolio in HKIA
  • Drive and support new projects to continue the growth of HKIA retail business, including technovation and data analytics initiatives
  • Conduct market studies, prepare show suite and marketing collaterals, and pre-marketing activities for Terminal 2/Terminal 2 Concourse retail portfolio
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related disciplines with at least 6 years relevant experience in retail leasing and management industry with sizeable organizations
  • Good understanding of retail leasing practice
  • Strong connections with retail brands and F&B operators
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred.
