Design and lead data analytics projects by studying different data sets using advanced analytic techniques, that can help both online and offline retail business grow.
Establish data management platforms for the Department, by collecting, organizing and integrating a wide range of retail related data from both internal and external sources.
Develop data visualization by transforming large retail raw data sets into different forms of useful visuals, by leveraging latest software and tools.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing data collection, analysis and reporting methodologies
Communicate and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on data access, business need understanding and data analytics insights.
Conduct regular evaluation on new technologies and recommends to management in order to cater for business needs, e.g. stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in the field of Al and data analytics.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Quantitative Analysis, Data Management or related disciplines.
Certificates or training courses taken in data analytics would be an advantage.
At least 6 years working experience in performing business analyses by using specialized business intelligence-tools for data visualization, data warehousing, reporting analytics solutions and accounting management.
Proven experience in usage of data processing tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, such as Cloud Functions, BigQuery and Vertex Al is a big plus.
Ability to explain data-driven solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent analytical skills and strong ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from raw data
Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities and resolving Issues proactively
Detail-minded, flexible and capable of meeting tight timelines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
