The applicant must possess
As a System and Cloud Administrator, you will oversee and manage the system and cloud infrastructure team to strengthen their capabilities, and availability, and ensure performance.
- A recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure areas
- Hands-on experience in managing Azure, AWS and Aliyun
- Good knowledge on HCI, Nutanix AHV, WAF, Load Balancing, DNS, Microsoft Windows, Linux, etc.
- Experience in managing hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Familiarity with DevOps, automation (e.g., Ansible), Container Orchestration tools (Kubernetes) or infrastructure-as-a-code is definitely an advantage
- Experience in incident response and crisis management will be a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, and Cloud preferred
- Sound knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, such as ISO 27001
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Duties include
- Plan and implement infrastructure-related projects, review and enhance current architecture and procedures
- Perform day-to-day operation of the IT infrastructure, including patching, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring security controls are in place and being followed
- Manage complex server, network, and storage architecture, perform data backup, and disaster recovery operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to on-premise and cloud infrastructure and services
- Assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure the operation is secure, reliable, and efficient
- Collaborating with the application and security team to ensure that the entire IT infrastructure is working together smoothly
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director from time to time.
