Assistant Marketing Communications Manager
Riding on the momentum of the business growth, there is a need to hire a caliber in supporting Marcom activity development. The candidate should possess related experiences in developing and executing integrated Marcom activities (Digital, ATL, BTL, Events) and should have experience in working with various agencies and vendors.
The job:
- Assist and participate in idea generation and execution of ATL, BTL, Digital campaigns and events against time and budget specified
- Manage and communicate various agencies, production houses and vendors to execute marketing communications campaigns
- Work closely with external and internal key stakeholders including content drafting, marketing and promotion materials development andgenerate marketing idea
- Analyze the parameters of activity and campaign performance and conclude insights for improvements
- Support market research/intelligence and prepare management report
- Participate in the daily activities of marcom team and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
The person:
- University graduate in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 5 years or above agency or marketing experience digital savvy, experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage (Agency experience is an advantage).
- Relevant experience in developing and executing integrated marcom activities (Digital, ATL, BTL, Events) and shall have experience in managing various agencies and vendors
- Responsible, self-starter, organisedand outspoken team player who is detail-minded and able to accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to organise and implement campaigns creatively and independently
- Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Previous experience in telecommunications/ technology companies is an advantage (but a must)
