Assistant Product Development Manager, Digital Wealth.
Principal responsibilities:- Assist in the implementation and execution of strategic initiatives and solutions on the wealth sales journey across different channel
- Prepare documentation and communication materials as wealth services support for internal and key stakeholders
- Keep close dialogue and connection with various stakeholders to execute the plan and solutions with an aim to achieve business targets
- Adhere to all relevant processes and procedures of the Group compliancy policy and internal controls
Requirements:
University degree in Business Management/Finance/Marketing or related disciplines Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry Knowledge and experience in investment products would be an advantage Passes in HKSI licensing examinations preferred Strong self-motivation, detail-minded and has the ability to work independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of both written English and Chinese Proficiency in PC application software and agile delivery tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA and Confluence would be an advantage Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
