Duties & Responsibilities:
the IFM Assistant Project Manager must be a team player and work closely with project manager and cooperate with other members of the team and vendors to meet all key performance indicates as set out in the management contract with clients.
- Help project manager to analyze project technical risk and potential issues;
- Collection project profile documents;
- Contact site managers to collect project information;
- Help project manager to finish tendering file;
- Update project tracker and report information weekly;
- Help project manager to deliver management service;
- Arrange and attend meeting, draft MOM;
- Collection good/service receipt (GR) information and documents;
- Others assignment by project manager
Key Performance Measures:
- Refer to the individual Performance Agreement (IPMP) for key performance;
- Basic knowledge of occupational safety requirements;
- Technical comprehension and experience with performance;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Information collection to problem;
- Familiar with foreign company procedures;
- Finalize the user requirements
- Coordinate various internal and external resources to consolidate data/info and come up the proposals
- Get endorsements from various stakeholders
- Go through JLL purchasing process
- Get CRE cost approval
- Implement the Capex Project - Small Works.
Qualification requirements:
- 3-5 years project experience in MNC corporate work background;
- Bachelor in engineering or project management;
- English communication and written ability is plus;
- MS office and outlook skills;
- Knowledge of MEP background is plus;
- Analytical skills are plus;
- Demonstrated initiative;
